What happened: This is my *th year hosting a corporate event at the Edison, NJ location and each year we seem to have repeated issues. My biggest concern this year (my event is *******) is that the temperature is supposed to drop dramatically, and while this would not be a big deal since there isn't a forecast for rain or bad winds, I am now being told that they only have * heaters and * fire pits (these barely emit any warmth) for the entire rented out rooftop. We confirmed back in May that they would be prepared with heaters and they assured us that they were all set. Even if the temperature were not in the **'s, it gets cooler at night this time of year and * heaters is just not even close to enough to keep guests comfortable across the entire rooftop. I would like someone to call me asap to discuss ***-***-****. We need a proper amount of heaters to make sure our guests are comfortable on the rooftop space that we rented for the event. Thank you.
What happened: I bought two $** Top Golf gift cards for Christmas. When my son went to use his card, he was told there was no balance on the card. He ended up using a different method of payment.
