What happened: Good Afternoon,*I just had the worst experience EVER with Casey! I wanted to see how to add a third bay to my reservation. Casey asked me what price I wanted to be in, when I told her around $*** her whole demeanor changed. She began being very rude, dismissive and condescending. Multiple times she was huffing and puffing, muting the phone so I couldn’t hear her. She even began belittling me saying that “obviously it didn’t register what I said earlier” “you’re being combative and trying to argue with me” “clearly you didn’t understand what I said earlier”. This is in NO way shape or form how you talk to a customer, let a lone a person in general. I pray this is not how Topgolf trains their employees and hope it is not allowed. If me or my employees spoke like this to a customer there would be serious repercussions. I feel once Casey felt she could not make her sales quota off of me she didn’t care anymore. I asked for her manager and her response was that she is the manager. I asked again and said so are you saying you don’t have a manager, her tune changed and said she does have a manager. I asked for their contact information, phone number and email. Casey said she cant give that out. I asked three more times before she stopped lying and said she can give out the email. This was a very bad interaction, which make me want to go to the BBB, yelp and google to write reviews so that others will be aware of the treatment from Topgolf. In the end Casey is a very nasty person who does not value or understand customer service. I’m mad that I even had to take time out of my day to speak to someone like her. Casey should definitely be reprimanded AT LEAST! I now have to take time out of my day to write this email. I only wanted to find a way to get a third bay for my team as I just added more teammates and Casey went and turned the situation from happy to I shouldn’t celebrate my team here. What happened: My vehicle was damaged during a visit when a storm hit. A big heavy metal door panel flew off of something at top golf while I was in the parking lot an broke my side mirror, scratched the side of my door and dented the top of my door. I would like to get in contact with them about getting my vehicle fixed.

What happened: I joined the top golf location in Louisville Kentucky the week it opened. I decided to become a Platinum Elite member that same week. When I tried to upgrade my membership it would not allow me to use my original email. I tried another email address and was told that couldn't be used either. So, I tried a third email which allowed me to become a Platinum Elite member. Now I have two memberships with the same phone number. Now every time I check in they check me in under the lifetime membership instead of my Platinum Elite membership which does give the benefits that my Platinum Elite membership affords me. I have tried numerus times to get the problem resolved with no success. I have four different management personnel work on the problem and each time I am told it has been taken care of for future sign in. No! It is still a problem.
